Do You Know There Is a Sleeping “Dragon” by the Side of the Castle Peak Road?
This "dragon" is the Castle Peak Dragon Kiln.
A ceramic "oven" close to 20-metres long, nestled in present-day Tuen Mun, it was constructed in the 1940s and in use until the 80s. Since 2014, it has been listed a Grade III historic building. Click here to find out more about its past.
